クルーズと子供の観光について教えてください。

NYから年末に子連れで遊びに行きます。
クルーズで定番のアルカトラズ島にも行く予定ですが、あるHPには、Blue and Golden Fleetのクルーズしか今は行けないと書かれてありました。（記載した年月日はわかりません。）
いろいろ調べるとRed and White Fleetも同じような１時間のクルーズがあるようですが、どう違うのですか？
どちらもちゃんとアルカトラズ島に立ち寄って観光するようなことはHPでは書かれていないのですが、クルーズのコースは一つしかないので合っていると思うのですが、不安です。
きっとSFにお住まいの方には当たり前のことだと思うのですけど教えてください。
それとZeumやMetreonは小学校低学年の子供も楽しめそうですか？
