お得な携帯電話のプランを教えてください！

現在、TRACPHONEのプリペイドの携帯電話を使っています。
DOUBLE MINUITESで60分（＄２０）のカードを買うと１２０分話せるものです。
今のところIPHONEを使う予定はないのですが、IPHONEを使っている人の話では大体＄７０／月くらいするそうです。
今調べたところでは月＄４０、話し放題、メールし放題が一番安そうです。
こんな話を聞いたことがあるのですが、本当かどうか分かりかねるプランもあります。AT&Tで家族全員で月＄２０でIPHONEが使えて一人３５０分使えるプランだそうです。昔の契約なので今はそのプランはないと聞きました。
T- MOBILEなど他の会社のプランもご存知でしたら教えていただけますか?
この場をお借りしてどこの会社のプランが一番いいのかシェアできたらと思います。
