SFSUに通ってる方へ。

2009年の春からSFSUへ編入が決まったのですが、L.A.周辺の学校とどちらに行こうか悩んでいます。現在O.C.に住んでるのでL.A.の生活は大体わかるのですが、S.F.は住んだこともなく生活が全く想像できません。
S.F.の生活や学校について何でもいいので教えてください。
特に住居に関してなのですが、学校からは探すのが大変なのでOn-Campusを薦められましたが値段が高いような気がします(そちらの相場はよくわかりませんが）。
長くてすみません。

安くていい場所は lower haight が いいですよ
治安も悪くなく 買い物も 便利だと思います
気候は 今は とにかく 雨ですね でも一年通うして 平均的に
肌寒い感じが サンフランシスコのような気が。。。
あと今自分が住んでるjapan town 周辺も roommateと住めば安いと思います studioになると 確実に １０００は軽くするので あまり おすすめできませんね
