El Camino Real Community Advisory Committee Meeting

In March 2023, the City Council approved an Agreement with the City’s consultant, Raimi & Associates, to assist the City in preparation of the modified Specific Plan. Staff have been working with Raimi & Associates to advance this effort. You are invited to virtually attend the December 16, 2024 ECR CAC meeting, where the members will review the redlined plan and the added land use designation that allows for townhome units on specific sites.
