*CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION*

*NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN* that City Council will hold study session, at which time all interested parties may be heard regarding the following project:

*Housing Element Programs 1.4 and 2.6:*

*Affordable Housing Incentives and Zoning South of El Camino Real*

The City Council will hold study session to consider and provide direction on alternatives to develop and adopt incentives and zoning to facilitate property owners of religious, community assembly, and other non-residential sites south of El Camino Real to create more affordable housing and implement Housing Element Program 1.4 (Religious and Community Assembly Sites for Housing) and 2.6 (Affirmatively Further Fair Housing). No final decisions will be made at this study session.
