san joseまでの交通機関

HaywardからSan Joseに行きたいのですが、車がないために困っています。
そこでネット検索してみたところ、Amtrakというrialwayがあることがわかったのですが、どうもよくわかりません。これは一体なんなのでしょうか？駅もBARTと同じ住所になっていたりして、意味がわかりません。
どなたかご存知の方情報提供お願いしますm(_ _)m

1) BART.....To Fremont
