落ち着いた、清潔で、スタイリッシュなスペースの一軒家で 日本人のフルタイムで働いている方、またはアジア人の方で綺麗好きな方、きちんと整理整頓できるハウスメイトを探していますを探しています。

* ゲストの宿泊も基本的には禁止
* 基本的に静か（大音量の音楽、テレビ、騒がしいパーティー等はご遠慮ください）


マイクロソフトまで徒歩または自転車ですぐ、アップル、グーグル、アマゾンのオフィス、スタンフォード大学にも近く通勤に便利な環境です。また、Steven's creekのサイクリングコースにも隣接しています。
私とパートーナー（イタリア出身）はここに住み、理想的には、20代後半から30代前半の、きちんと整理整頓できるハウスメイトを探しています。お互いのプライバシーを尊重し、共用スペースを清潔に保つことを大切にしている方を希望しています。
この部屋は他の部屋と同じく家具付きですが、必要であれば家具なしにもアレンジできます。
スペースとコストの比率はこのエリアでは破格で、お店まで徒歩数分、マウンテンビューのダウンタウン（カストロストリート）までも1.6kmほどです。
部屋にはプロ仕様のデュアルモニター、デスク、エルゴノミクスチェアが備え付けられており、自宅での仕事に最適です。
バスルームは主にもう一人の方と共有となります。

Calm, clean, and stylish space available. It is just a short walk or bike ride to Microsoft and close to Apple, Google, and Amazon offices and Stanford University. We’re also next to Steven's Creek bike trail.
I am from Japan, and my partner from Italy has been living here, gradually renovating the house and enjoying the company of other young professionals and students. We’re now looking for someone who shares our values of cleanliness, respect, and good communication to create a comfortable living space for everyone.
The room is furnished, but we can arrange for it to be unfurnished if needed.
The space-to-cost ratio is unbeatable in the area. Shops are a few minutes away, and downtown Mountain View (Castro Street) is just about a mile away.
The room has a professional dual monitor setup, desk, and ergonomic chair, perfect for working from home.
You’ll primarily share the bathroom with just one other person.
