The rental office will accept completed applications starting December 9, 2024, through January 6, 2025, during office hours.  All applications received at the management office will be date/time stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff. *Completed applications may be submitted online, returned in person or be postmarked by US Postal Service no later than January 6, 2025*. A lottery will be run periodically during the application period and applicants will be placed on the waitlist in order of lottery number within consecutive lottery runs. * *
