～ 😀 Wicola Day 2026 Stage Casting Call 😀 ～

At Wicora Day 2026,
San Francisco ・ Wicora, a non-profit organization working in the Bay Area, and Chiebura, a Japanese menopause organization, are planning a new type of stage with a menopause theme in collaboration ！

The theme is "Menopause with laughter ！"
An at-home heartwarming comedy that can be enjoyed and shared by everyone from children to the elderly
A shinkigeki-style stage that lightens the heart and body while sharing "Aru Aru" with humor and empathy.
This time, we are looking for performance participants to create this stage together.

＜ Outline ＞
︎ Number of applicants ： 8 （ 3 males ／ 5 females ） The selection of roles is based on the applicant's preference - it is possible to choose a role different from the gender assigned at birth

* Applicants will be asked to complete a brief
*The play will be 40 minutes long and performed in Japanese （ No English proficiency required ）
*No acting experience required ！
*No compensation, transportation or accommodation will be provided for practice or performance
＜ About the Performance and Practice ＞
On the day of the performance ： October 17, 2026 （ Saturday ） Performed within Wicola Day 2026
Venue of the performance ： San Francisco ・ Bay Area Rough rehearsal schedule ： Below

April ～ May ZOOM 1 time ／ 2 weeks online training （ Participation from home ）
June-October ZOOM 1 time ／ week Online practice （ Participation from home ）
1 time September ・ 2 times in person practice just before October performance （ Location TBD ）
*Practice results ・ Frequency will vary slightly depending on how well it is finished
*Talent who has performed this Shinkigeki for the first time and has participated in M1 will be involved in the rehearsal guidance

＜ Conditions for participation ＞
① Must be able to attend the performance on October 17, 2026
② Must be able to attend practice （ Due to circumstances ）
③ Participation fee ： ＄ 80 （ 6 months of rehearsals ・ Including production support, props, standing rehearsal space and performance venue fee ） ④ No experience necessary ！ All you need is a desire to try ！ and the feeling that it will be fun ！ ！
*Accident, illness or damage to your own belongings during rehearsals or on the day of the performance ・ Loss ・ Wicora Day 2026 Management Office will not be responsible for any theft, and each individual ・ group is responsible for their own safety
*Please note that the participation fee is non-refundable
