こんど初めてサンフランシスコに一週間いく予定で
夜にバンドのライブを見る予定です。
が、夜１１時すぎとかは危険でしょうか？
バスや電車はあまりないのでしょうか。
地図では280号線の方です。
誰か教えてください。

サンフランシスコダウンタウンにビジッターインフォメイションセンターがあるのでそこで地図（日本語）のもある、所によっては大変危険。

あまり地理もはっきりわかっていらしゃらないようなのでやめたほうがいいですよ。大抵大丈夫だと思った時に何か起こるかも知れません。行ってきたらと言ってあげたいけどやめたほうが絶対にいいです。

ＵＣ バークレー、サンフランシスコ周辺で日本語が通じる心療内科医もしくは精神科医などをご存知であれば教えていただきたいです。当方鬱になりまいってます。

１か月以上たっているのですが、もう見つかりましたでしょうか。SFで広告を見ましたが、www.ciis.edu/counseling/csp 日本語カウンセリングtel: 415-364-3086 と出ていましたが。

もう適切な治療の方は受けられているのでしょうか？鬱は、処方された薬による治療が重要だと思います。日本語が通じる医師が見つからなければ、英語の堪能な方と共に病院へ行き、そして上記の日本語でのカウンセリング機関を利用してはいかがでしょうか？

SFO空港からサクラメントまでの移動

アメリカ地方都市在住者です。
サクラメントまで行く予定なのですが、自分の街からは飛行機はサンフランシスコ行しかありません。
サンフランシスコ空港からサクラメント市内までどのように移動するのがお勧めですか？
アムトラックの駅やかグレイハウントのバスは少し空港から離れているようですし、
見知らない街を車で走るのも少し気がひけるのですが。
アドバイス頂ければ幸いです。よろしくお願いします。

サクラメントまではやはり車がおすすめです。普段アメリカ国内で運転経験がおありでしたらサクラメントまで行くのは難しくないと思います。ｓｆｏから１時間半〜２時間くらいです。

こんにちは。city of San Francisco college またはSan Francisco State Univercityにトランスファーしようと思ってるのですが情報がほとんどありません。何か知ってる方がいたら教えてください！！ 良い所・悪い所などなど。
後、現在ＬＡにすんでるんですがサンフランシスコは住みやすいですか？

今月２月１０日に２０〜３０人の外国人（日本人でない人達）を連れて、ＳＦ市内で何か日本的なことをしたいな！！と思っています。
でも何もアイディアがありません・・・・
格安で（３０ドル前後？）例えば、着付け体験とか、茶道、折り紙教室、寿司作り、などなど・・・どこか１日だけ、日本の伝統行事などが体験できる場所はなぃでしょうか？？？
もしも何か心当たりのある方がいらっしゃいましたらご連絡お待ちしております。

アパートの騒音について

最近、バークレーに引っ越してきたばかりですが、アパートの騒音に参ってます。下の階の住人の咳や話し声（普通に話している大きさです）、テレビの音、上の階の住人の歩く音、そして外の音もまるで窓を開けているかのようです。これって、ここでは普通のことでしょうか？それともこのアパートに相当問題があるのでしょうか？耐えるべきか、引っ越すべきかと考えています。皆様のご意見をお願いします。

私はSF市内のヘイト周辺に住んでいますが、
うちのアパートもかなり古いです。
外の音は窓を開けているかのように聞こえることもしょっちゅうです。
けれど、下の住民や横の住民の生活音はそんなに聞こえませんよ。
一番上だからかもしれませんが。

最近は日本食店でも売ってないようです。アメリカ自体に持ち込めないとか、聞いた覚えがありますが、中華街にありそうなら、SF辺りの中華街にもしかしたら見つかるのでは？・・

San Jose ダウンタウンから San Francisco ダウンタウンまでどれくらいで行けるのかを教えてください。
車がないのでできれば電車かバスでと考えています。
通勤できるくらいの距離なのかいまいち感じがつかめないもので。
あと、サンホゼの街の感じとか（大きさ、便利さ、日本のスーパー等）何でもいいので教えてください。

病院探しています。

今冬休みを利用してサンフランシスコに遊びに来ているのですが、昨晩から一緒にいる友達の体調がすぐれません。だるさと吐き気を訴えて、かなりの頻度で嘔吐を繰り返しています。一刻も早くお医者さんに診てもらいたいのですが、まったくの異国の地。右も左もわかりません。当方ダウンタウンに滞在しているのですが、ここからなるべく離れていない場所で診ていただける日本人のお医者さんを知っていられる方（または情報の入手方法を知っておられる方）いらっしゃいましたら、どうか情報教えてください。お願いいたします。

サンフランシスコに詳しい方、
教えてください m(_ _)m
１月にSFOからレイクタホにレンタカーで行きます。
右側通行は結構慣れてます。
雪道は日本で毎冬走ってます。
英語はそこそこ話せます。
でも「レンタカー＆雪道＆オールシーズンタイヤ」は初めて。
オールシーズンタイヤって、どのくらい雪道で役に立つのでしょうか？
心配なのでサンフランシスコでタイヤチェーン買っていこうと思っています。どんなところで売っているのでしょうか？ウォルマートみたいなところで売っているのでしょうか？
よろしくお願いします。

All Season タイヤでの雪道走行はとても薦められません。日本でいうところのただのノーマルタイヤであす。日本と同様降雪時にはハイウェイでチェーン規制がかかります。4WD車の場合All Seasonタイヤでも通過可能ですが常識的に危険です。乗用車等2WD車の場合は通行も許可されません。チェーン携行は必須です。またハイウェイ降雪時にはチェーン脱着をやってくれるクルーがたくさん待ち受けていて装着作業すべてを代行してくれます。手を汚すこともないです。$20くらいだったかな。
タホ好きで、ベイエリアよりI80 or I50 経由で50回以上はタホへのドライブ経験しています。
