去年から今年にかけてグリーンカードの更新をされた方、何ヶ月位で届きましたでしょうか？
私は10年のグリーンカードの期限が2017年3月まででしたので昨年10月に更新の申込みをしました。12月にフィンガープリントをしに行った時、9月まで延長してもらいました。間も無く期限がくるのですがまだカードが届きません。ステータスを見ても12月以来情報が更新されてません。オフィスにアポイントを取ろうにもいつ見てもNot availableで予約が取れません。どうしたらいいのかと悩んでます。
有効期限が過ぎてもカードが届かない方どうされてますか？

私は去年の7月に申請して9月に届きました。早かったです。
同時期に申請した知り合いは最近届きました。
ネットでも電話でも取り次いでもらえないのであれば、直接オフィスに行き訊くのはどうでしょう。そこでも明確な答えはもらえない可能性はありますが、at least you can try だと思います。
