駐在員の家賃相場について

もうすぐ、サンノぜ近郊に引越す駐在員です。
日本の本社から、サンノゼ近郊の駐在員の家賃相場を調べるように言われました。
どなたか、公式のｗｅｂｓｉｔｅ（ブログは不可）はご存知ないでしょうか。
いろいろと調べましたか、購入の資料しか見つからず、賃貸相場、しかも駐在員のとなると見当たりません。
よろしくお願いします。

ローカルの不動産エージェントにご相談されるのが良いと思います。日本と違いカリフォルニア州は、賃貸物件を探したり、購入する時には、手数料は掛かりません。エージェントがアクセス出来るサイトがあり、探している地域を知らせると物件情報が出て来ます。その地域の治安、学校区等詳しいですよ。San Joseでしたら日本人の不動産エージェントもいらっしゃると思いますし、駐在員さんの賃貸のお手伝いもされているのでは?

不動産エージェントを通さない賃貸の方がここカリフォルニアでは多いです。www.craigslist.comが一番物件が多いと思います。

ここで駐在員さんの家賃相場のことなど教えて頂けるのではないでしょうか?
もしご家族がご一緒ならば、環境や学区のことも大事ですし、土地柄がよく分からないのにcraigslistのようなサイトで物件を調べるのは難しいと思います。

みあみあ１２３４さんに賛成です。craigslistは貸家の情報が多いと思いますが、直接現地のオーナーと契約書を交わすことになりますので、難しいと思います。色々な問題を聞きますよ。
