SF市内で危ない地域を教えてください

近いうちにSFへ引越しする可能性が出てきました。今すんでいるところは(アメリカ国内）危ない所が一箇所に固まっており、そこさえ避ければ夜中歩こうがバスにのろうが電車で夜出かけようが大丈夫なのですが、SFではどうですか？市内で、このあたりは住むのに避けた方がいいというところを在SFの方にお聞きしたいんですが、教えていただけませんか？

Tenderloin地域とWestern Addition地域。夜昼関係無しに避けたほうが無難。
