Public Review of Draft Documents and Upcoming Public Hearings

Dear Community Members,

You are receiving this email to inform you that there will be public hearings at the Planning Commission and City Council to consider the Village Center Master Plan (VCMP). Following is information about the public review and upcoming public hearings. The review includes consideration of the Draft VCMP, text changes to the General Plan (for consistency with the VCMP), Zoning Code updates and rezoning of sites to implement the VCMP, environmental review and an Urgency Ordinance.

*Public Review*

We have prepared a draft of the Village Center Master Plan (VCMP) for the seven Village Centers. The Village Centers are identified in the City's General Plan Land Use and Transportation Element (LUTE). The VCMP establishes a detailed vision for the future redevelopment of Village Center sites.
