*IN-PERSON: American Presidents: All Too Human*
Sunday, Feb. 2, 3 to 4:30 p.m.
Library Program Room
The vast majority of those who occupied the White House never came close to replicating the extraordinary leadership of the likes of Washington, Lincoln or Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Why? In this talk, award-winning speaker and author Gerald Henig will shed light on this pivotal question. Join us to hear little-known, compelling and, in some cases, startling insights about our former presidents. Registration is not required.
*IN-PERSON: Death Café*
Monday, Feb. 3, 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Library Program Room
Join us for a lightly moderated discussion of death over tea and snacks. At a Death Café, people—often strangers—gather to discuss death. We invite people in all phases of life to come talk about death and dying in a supportive, unstructured way. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session. This program is for adults only. Registration is not required.
