Notice of Funding Availability

Funding availability for public services that serve low- and moderate-income households

The City of Mountain View is pleased to release its Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for Fiscal Year 2025-26 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) and Fiscal Year 2026-27 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) for the following:


* CDBG ($233,000) & City’s General Fund ($171,000) for public services that serve low- and moderate-income households (first year of two-year funding cycle)

The NOFA application period begins Friday, Dec. 6, 2024 and closes Friday, Jan. 10, 2025 at 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Complete applications must be submitted by the close of the application period and only through the City’s ZoomGrants [ https://www.zoomgrants.com/zgf/City_of_Mountain_View/FY_2025-26_2026-27_CDBG_City_General_Funds ] portal.  Applications submitted to the City by any other means or format will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

Applicants must attend the mandatory NOFA application pre-submittal webinar to be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024 or watch the webinar recording (which will be posted on the City website) prior to submitting the NOFA application.
