Caregiver Support Group

Most of us find ourselves experiencing the role of caring for a loved one. This 6-week
class offers an opportunity to explore issues facing caregivers today. Topics include:
ways to maintain our own mental, physical, and emotional health, helping our loved
ones the best we can, and how to ask for help and find resources.

Fitness Room Orientation

The Senior Center will be offering a free fitness room orientation to Senior Center members the *first Monday of every month*. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get more familiar with the equipment. The orientation will be taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. Demonstrations and instructions on how to use each machine will include:


* How to properly set up the equipment (seating height, angle, etc.)
* How to use the cardio displays and panel
* How to properly use a fitness machine
* Explanation on the benefits of each machine and what it will do for you

Sign up for the orientation at the front desk. Space is limited.


* *When:* First Monday every month (April 7)
* *Time:* 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.
* *Location:* Aspen Fitness Room
* *Instructor: *Tricia Seivers, Certified Personal Trainer

Please note: To accommodate these orientations, *the fitness room will close an hour early the first Monday of every month.*_ _
