We are looking for someone to rent a condo master bedroom （ private room, separate bathroom and toilet ） in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Pleasant Hill \.
The room is 230 sqft （ excluding closet and bathroom ） and is large enough to fit a king size bed, bookshelf and desk chair.
2BR/ 2br so no need to share bathroom. Limited to 1 adult.
2BR/ 2BR with balcony. Rooms are unfurnished, but kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished and equipped for cooking.
