We are looking for people of all ages and genders to live in a private room in a rarely available, 2nd floor, 4BR apartment in Mountain View.

The room is quite small, but closets and common storage are assigned on a priority basis.

These rooms do not come with on-site parking.
Bicycle ・ Racks are located on the apartment grounds, so you may want to hook up your bicycle or electric scooter.

Most recently, businessmen traveling between Japan and the U.S. ・ Australia stayed here while they were here and also used it as a business address.
In the past, students without cars （ who can take one bus to Foothill College or San Jose State ） have lived here for a long time.

Currently mainly working people and all can communicate in Japanese.

We have set a simple but clear house rule, so we want to live as nicely as possible, respecting each other on a honorific basis.

Bath ・ There are two toilets so there is no congestion, one is equipped with a bidet.

Location is walking distance to San Antonio Center, Wholefoods, Safeway, Trader Joes, Walmart, Bevmo, Target, etc. Walk to Caltrain/ Light rail station. Walk to Caltrain/light rail station. By car, Downtown Mountain View is just a short drive away, and HWY 101, 85, 237, and 280 are all within 10 minutes. Most mornings, most directions are in the opposite direction of congestion and not too congested.

Deposit is $ 400, to be returned upon move-out.

Utilities and internet will be charged separately on a per head basis. $ 100 ／ per person per month.

No pet, No smoking, No drugs, No loud music, No party.
