Learn More     SVCE Now Offers Same-Day Water Heater Replacement Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) now offers a new service for single-family residents experiencing water heater issues. The program guarantees same-day service and hot water restoration within 48 hours, with potential no-cost upgrades for qualified residents. Learn More     Reminder: New Daylighting Law In Effect To improve pedestrian safety, a new state law known as the "Daylighting Law" (AB 413) took effect on January 1, 2025. Drivers are now required to park at least 20 feet away from crosswalks, improving visibility at crosswalks. The City will issue warnings for violations before issuing tickets.
