City Ventures invites you to a virtual community meeting regarding the proposed development located at 1400 Coleman Avenue. The proposed project consists of a wide range of homes from studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units to help attract a variety of new homeowners. With a total of 143 for-sale solar all-electric townhome style homes, access to the project will be via a pedestrian oriented urban streetscape lined with benches, trees and landscaped paseos that are interconnected throughout. The project also includes onsite affordable housing options with curated outdoor meeting gathering areas to provide a true community feel. City Staff will be in attendance to accept feedback.
