The Rent Stabilization Division of the Housing Department now hosts separate Housing Help Centers for landlords and tenants on the first and third Thursdays of each month.

*Housing Help Center for Landlords and Rental Property Owners*

Date: Every Thursday

The Housing Help Center [ https://www.mountainview.gov/our-city/departments/housing/rent-stabilization/housing-and-eviction-prevention/housing-help-center-for-landlords#!/ ] provides Landlords and Rental Property Owners in Mountain View with information and services to landlords, owners and managers of properties covered by the City’s rent stabilization and eviction protection laws. At the Help Center, they can learn about how the City’s tenant protection laws affect their properties. The Center also hosts landlord and realtor focused workshops (see attached flyer for more information).

At the Help Center, they can access information, receive 1:1 support, and learn about support services provided by our community partners (see attached flyer for more information).
