2024 Annual Street Maintenance & Rehabilitation Project

Construction for the 2024 Annual Street Maintenance and Rehabilitation Project by the City’s contractor, Teichert Construction is underway. The work to replace failed pavement areas throughout the city street network will continue through November 2024 with final project completion anticipated in December 2024.

The project consists of removing and replacing failed pavement areas, constructing new ADA-compliant curb ramps, installing hot mix asphalt, applying slurry seal surface treatments, and replacing pavement markings.
