Caregiver Support Group

Most of us find ourselves experiencing the role of caring for a loved one. This 6-week
class offers an opportunity to explore issues facing caregivers today. Topics include:
ways to maintain our own mental, physical, and emotional health, helping our loved
ones the best we can, and how to ask for help and find resources.

AARP Smart Driver Course

The course teaches proven driving techniques to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. Additionally, you'll learn: important facts about the effects of medication on driving, reduce driver distractions. safety features and new technology found in cars today, as well as age-related physical changes and how to adjust your driving to compensate.

NEW Beginning Guitar Instruction

This eight-week course introduces the guitar, fundamental playing technique and the seven major chords. At the end of the course, the student establishes a basic understanding of the instrument and is introduced to the foundational skills to play simple songs. *Please bring your own instrument (guitar is not provided). *
