City of Fremont Notice of Public Hearing: Amendments to Master Fee Schedule and Centerville Train Depot Paid Parking Program

*CITY OF FREMONT PUBLIC HEARING*

Notice is hereby given that the City of Fremont City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following proposals. Said public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Council Chambers, 3300 Capitol Ave., Bldg. A, Fremont, CA, at which time all interested parties may attend and be heard:

*AMENDMENTS TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE AND CENTERVILLE TRAIN DEPOT PAID PARKING PROGRAM *
Public Hearing (Published Notice) to Consider Adopting a Resolution Amending the Master Fee Schedule for Various Public Works Engineering Fees to Reflect Current Cost of Services, Support Community Interest in Monthly Parking at Centerville Train Depot, and to Ensure Full Cost Recovery; Make Findings of CEQA Exemption.

This Notice is in accordance with the provisions of Sections 66016 through 66018 of the California Government Code (advance notification of fee increases). If you challenge any decision of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
