Reminder: In-Person Mobile Home Resident Stakeholder Meeting

As part of Mountain View’s certified 2023-31 Housing Element [ https://www.mountainview.gov/our-city/departments/community-development/planning/regulations/housing-element ] Program 3.2, the City will be evaluating the Mobile Home Rent Stabilization Ordinance (MHRSO) such that allowed rent increases are consistent with or less than comparable jurisdictions with rent stabilization for mobile home parks. The review may result in potential amendments to the MHRSO, which would be adopted by City Council, if so decided, by March 31, 2025, per the Housing Element. As part of the process, the City will host resident-focused stakeholder meetings to receive community input.

Recordatorio: Reunión en persona de residentes
en casas móviles

Como parte del Programa 3.2 del Elemento de Vivienda 2023-31 [ https://www.mountainview.gov/our-city/departments/community-development/planning/regulations/housing-element ] certificado de Mountain View, la Ciudad evaluará la Ordenanza de Estabilización de Rentas de Casas Móviles (MHRSO, por sus siglas en inglés) para que los aumentos de renta permitidos sean coherentes o menores que los de jurisdicciones comparables con estabilización de rentas para parques de casas móviles. Como parte del proceso, la Ciudad celebrará reuniones de las partes interesadas con reuniones centradas en los residentes y los propietarios de parques móviles para recibir la opinión de la comunidad.
