Your Weekly South City Update | New Dog Park - Oyster Point 2C Ribbon-Cutting, Council Reorg and more | November 22, 2024

Email from City of South San Francisco   Mayor's Update     Hello neighbor! It’s been a wet couple of days, and I hope you’re all staying warm and safe. Our Public Works Department has several tips to help you and your loved ones manage the storms, including downloading the Engage SSF app. See something that needs our attention (potholes, downed trees, etc.)? Submit a See Click Fix ticket on the app, and staff will look into it.   Oyster Point 2C Ribbon-Cutting and Thanksgiving Fun Run We’ve completed Phase 2C of the Oyster Point Shoreline Park, enhancing the space with a new dog park, upgraded pathways, picnic areas, fitness equipment, and improved lighting and landscaping. This phase offers a more accessible and scenic environment for both residents and visitors. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held TOMORROW, followed by the 51st Thanksgiving 5K Fun Run (select “Special Events”). The event will include light refreshments and a mobile pet adoption unit.
