The rental office will accept completed applications until October 3, 2025, during office hours.  All applications received at the management office will be date/time stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff. *_No fax or email applications will be accepted._* * If sending by US Mail, the application must be postmarked by October 3, 2025.*

A lottery will be run periodically during the application period and applicants will be placed on the waitlist in order of lottery number within consecutive lottery runs. * *
