Senior Center Fitness Room Updates





We are excited to share some exciting updates coming to the Senior Center Fitness Room. We've received your feedback regarding the equipment and operations and will be implementing some improvements in the next couple months.

*New Machines Now Available:*

* PRECOR weight machines
* Lifecore Fitness Air Rower

*Improvements Coming Soon: *

* *Mounted Smart TVs* to keep you informed and entertained during your workouts 
* *Instructional Videos* to guide you through the equipment and keep you in top form 

*Access and Policies: *

* Effective Dec.1, *appointments are no longer needed*
* Senior Center membership is required to use the Fitness Room
