Email from City of South San Francisco PG&E will be removing an electric power pole on Wednesday March 12, 2025 PUBLIC NOTIFICATION Power Outage Impact with 428 Baden Avenue Construction Construction continues at 428 Baden Avenue. As part of the work, PG&E will be removing an electric power pole on Wednesday, March 12, 2025. This work was previously scheduled right before the Christmas holiday, but was rescheduled to reduce impacts. Work will necessitate shutting down electric service to nearby businesses/residences. PG&E will be coordinating directly with customers that fall within the impacted zone. Power outage is expected between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In addition, street parking and sidewalk will be closed adjacent to the project site. “No Parking” signs will be deployed 48-hours in advance of impact. Pedestrian detour signage will be deployed noting safe path of travel. Travel along Baden Avenue will be maintained, but commuters are encouraged to use alternate routes as there may be momentary delays.
