Full size mirror ・ There is a closet. Kitchen, dining room, refrigerator, washer and dryer are shared free of charge.
Currently, it is a private bath ＆ toilet. （ In the future, only the bath may be shared with other tenants. ）

Parking is available in the driveway. 8 minute bike ride to Union City BART station. It is a 12 minute bus ride to the station, but there are not many buses.
Near BART station, there is an Asian supermarket, Daiso, restaurants, etc. Historic Niles is within walking distance, coffee shops, etc.

The owner is an energetic old lady who quit her job at a tech company to start her own business, and is looking for someone to live with her.

No pets, no parties please.

Rent is $ 1350/month including utilities and internet, 1 month deposit upon move-in.
