I am looking for a housemate starting late January 2025. I am a 40-something female living in a large single family basement in San Rafael and have three rooms available in the second floor living space, one of which is a large master bedroom ($2300) with private bathroom and walk-in closet and can be shared. The other two rooms ($1800) have closets and share a bathroom. The kitchen and living room are also shared. This is a quiet residential neighborhood conveniently located a 10 minute walk to the bus stop and Smart Train station, a 12 minute walk to downtown San Rafael, and a 3 minute drive from the Central San Rafael freeway exit.
