We are renting a room in a house in Castro Valley, a small town. It is a quiet area with a great environment.

This town is rich in nature with golf, lakes, trails, and biking.

5 min walk to bus stop. Bart station is a 20 minute walk. Parking is on the street, but not a problem.

Electricity, water, gas,, are included in the rent. Laundry is free to use.

One male working person lives in the apartment, so toilet and bath are shared.

You are free to use the backyard for exercise and relaxation.

The rooms are furnished. They can be removed if not needed.

Please be a working person or a student. (There is a discount for students. )
