It is a 10-minute walk to Asyby bart station, a 5-minute walk to the supermarket, and a safe and quiet residential area.

You will share the first floor of a house with two other people, but you will have your own bathroom, toilet, and large washbasin.
The second floor is occupied by the host couple.
My roommate is a working person, but she is a half Japanese woman, kind and speaks Japanese fluently.

The room is furnished with heating, washer, dryer, kitchen, and ready to move in.

Also, rent is free during the month of March, so we recommend you to move in as soon as possible.

The deposit is $3000, but it will be refunded at the end of the contract.
The contract is until July this year, but it can be extended if you want to continue to live in the apartment.

$1450/month includes all utilities and water.
