IN-PERSON: Practical Mindfulness

Sunday, Nov. 3, 2 to 3 p.m.

Discuss and practice ways that mindfulness of our body, breath and mind help us to make better decisions, improve our health and more successfully navigate stress and conflict. Learn about factors to be aware of when integrating these practices into your daily lives.

 

This program is for adults. It will take place in the Library Program Room.
