Monthly Update:

Online Registration System

* Our online Recreation registration system is now *partially available*. Customers with existing accounts can log in to browse, register, and pay for recreation programs and activities. Thank you for your patience.
* Creating new customer accounts online is *temporarily unavailable*. If you need a new account, email the following information to Recreation Registration <rec@sunnyvale.ca.gov>: 
* Full name, birthdate, and home address for each person to be added
* Preferred email address and phone number for updates, such as waitlists, cancellations, etc.
* Proof of Sunnyvale residency, if needed: a photo ID (driver's license or passport) and a recent utility bill or lease.

Upcoming Pool Closures:

* *November 27 and 28* (Thursday and Friday) - All pools closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

How Many Visits are Left on My Pass?

You can view how many visits are left on your active pass by following a few simple steps:


* Log in to your online account [ https://registration.sunnyvale.ca.gov/webtrac/web/login.html?_csrf_token=pN601C0C6V733S33163I41485V4F5P6H0O52614L4F045L4T5U54025J4S6H4509685E6Q4H6P5S4O5C491M5U4C6O6A0J5U544R576R594N6J540O5P4U546J004O5Z5O ] and follow the file path below to view all valid passes and the number of visits left on each pass.
* Click "My Account"
* Under "History & Balances", click "My History". Member history is displayed and can be filtered by "Module".
* Select "Pass Membership". Remaining punches will display on the right for each active pass.
