Garden clean-up help wanted in my spare time.

We are looking for someone to come to our house about twice a month during their free time to clean up the weeds in the yard and the shower room (bleach the tiles and remove stain). All tools will be provided. The location is in Oakland, closer to Berkeley, and even if you don't drive, the bus is convenient if the 72 bus is close by.
