I am a certified general calligrapher and kana master,
have been teaching calligraphy in the Bay Area for 10 years and have 40 years of calligraphy experience.
I started a calligraphy class in San Francisco Japantown ！

"Calligraphy represents the heart It is said that "calligraphy expresses the heart of a person".
When you write in a calm time, your writing will have warmth and cohesiveness.
When you write when you are excited or distracted, your writing may be rough.
But depending on how you look at it, the writing can appear masculine and full of energy.
His feelings at the time are directly expressed in his writing.

And calligraphy is "Art".
There is no such thing as good, bad, or wrong.

Time slots 11:00-12:30, 12:40-14:10

Adults 1h30 （ Hiragana, standard script, Gyosho ）
Children 1h （ Standard or Gyosho ）
*Children must be at least 7 years old

Fee Adults $ 35 per class, Children $ 25 per class Cash, Check or Venmo
