Sea and Mountain Summer Rental （ for a whole month of July ）.

My family is going back to Japan for summer vacation and I am renting a room with a sea view for a month.

One roommate is Thai American （ He is rarely around due to school and work ）
Bathroom and kitchen are shared.
Located in Presidio National Park, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and trekking point.
15 min walk to Golden Gate Bridge. Great location for sightseeing.
Easy access to downtown and sightseeing by bus.
Utilities （ Utilities ） are $100/person
Two rooms available for rent. （ room 10x10 feet $ 995 10x14 feet $ 1195)
only if you are ok with 2 cats.
