Female roommate wanted in a 2br/tbt condo near Apple Sunnyvale Campus

Short-term only till April 2026.

Location: at the heart of the Silicon Valley. Close to Central Expressway, Lawrence Expressway, and Sunnyvale Caltrain station, many high-tech companies nearby (walking distance to Sunnyvale's Apple campus and many others), in a safe and small community complex with ample parking.

Wood floor, remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Laundry in unit.

Water, internet and garbage are included in rent. You will need to split electricity.

The entire home is on the top-floor, bright and fully furnished:

The private bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table, single-seat chair (please note the table and the office chair in the picture have been removed), built-in closet, a lot sunlight. You will have your own bathroom.

You: either full-time working professional or student, light cooking (no strong flavor nor deep fry), respectful, very clean and neat.

Min. 4-month lease then month-to-month, 1 month deposit.

The other roommate: clean, decent, well-mannered and easy-going female working professional
