Whether you are looking for elder care resources for yourself or for your loved ones, this presentation is for you!  

Join us for an informational in-person presentation on different community resources available that can assist in your day-to-day living. Highlighting programs like Meals on Wheels, HICAP (Medicare counseling) and more. An ample description of numerous different programs will be given followed by a Q&A session to learn more.
