2 minute walk to City College and 5 minute walk to Balboa Bart station. Whole Foods, supermarkets and many more. Burger, Boba, Asian restaurants, gym, Target, etc. are a short walk away.
Plenty of buses and MUNI go through the area and transportation is plentiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe.
