*CITY OF FREMONT PUBLIC HEARING*

Notice is hereby given that the City of Fremont City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following proposal. Said public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 17, 2024, Council Chambers, 3300 Capitol Ave., Bldg. A, Fremont, CA, at which time all interested parties may attend and be heard:

*DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE REPORT AND FEE ADJUSTMENT
*Public Hearing (Published Notice) to Receive the Development Impact Fee Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2023/24 and to Consider a 0.23% Decrease in Development Impact Fees to Align with the Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index (ENR-CCI) for the San Francisco Bay Area in 2024 to be Effective July 1, 2025. Annual Report is Available on the City Website (fremont.gov/government/departments/community-development/planning-building-permit-services/fees [ https://www.fremont.gov/government/departments/community-development/planning-building-permit-services/fees ]) and with the City Clerk's Office.

If you challenge any decision of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
