America is celebrating its Semiquincentennial (250th anniversary), while the Golden State marks its Demisemiseptcentennial (175th anniversary). 2026 is a massive celebration of how far both the nation and the state have come. To especially celebrate our 250th, we'll be hosting a public reading of the Declaration of Independence on Wednesday, July 8 at 2:45 PM.
