Fremont Police Department Achieves CALEA Accreditation

After nearly two years of hard work, the Fremont Police Department (FPD) recently achieved accreditation from the Commission of Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Often referred to as the gold standard in public safety accreditation, CALEA accreditation signifies FPD’s commitment and effort to achieving policing excellence. FPD is among just 5% of police agencies worldwide to earn CALEA accreditation, reflecting our department’s work to serve the community with professionalism and integrity. Congrats, FPD!
