Alba Apartments

The Alba is a brand-new multi-family development located at 350 Chastain Place in Santa Clara. There are currently 41 affordable rental apartments, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom units, and one three-bedroom unit.

Applicants must apply to enter the lottery by Thursday, Nov. 6, 2025. The lottery will be held on Friday, Nov. 21. Preference will be given to those living and/or working the City of Santa Clara.

Download the application or apply online on the Alba webpage [ https://housingbayarea.mtc.ca.gov/listing/02efac80-88bd-4d92-ab2b-2a1e14a6c99e/alba_350_chastain_pl_santa_clara_ca ]. Paper applications must be mailed to PO Box 194404, San Francisco, CA 94119 by Nov. 6, 2025.
