*KidStock* returns this summer with a fresh new look on *Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.* at Pioneer Park in Downtown Mountain View.

This family-friendly festival will feature live music, a DJ Dance Party, Touch A Truck, sports and STEM activities, arts and crafts, a reading corner, and roaming entertainment throughout the event. This event is free and open to everyone.

KidStock (Ages 16+) - August 15

Help make Mountain View's annual KidStock celebration a success! Volunteers assist with activity booths, event setup and cleanup, greeting attendees, and helping activities run smoothly during this fun-filled event for children and families.

Fall Volunteer Fair - August 22

Connect with local nonprofit organizations and learn how you can make a difference in your community. Meet organization representatives, ask questions, and explore volunteer opportunities for all interests and experience levels.

Whether you enjoy working with children, love the arts, or simply want to make a positive impact, there's a volunteer opportunity for you!

Senior Center Front Desk Receptionist (Ages 18+) - Ongoing

Support older adults by answering phone calls, scheduling social service appointments, and connecting visitors with valuable resources. Volunteers serve one two-hour shift per week with a minimum of a three-month commitment.

The *Summer Outdoor Movie Night Series* is halfway through — but there’s still plenty of fun ahead!

Join us on Friday evenings through August 14 for free movies under the stars. Movies begin at 8:30 p.m. (or at dusk). Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a fun-filled night with family and friends.

Plus, enter for a chance to win a VIP Movie Night Upgrade! One lucky family each week will receive premium seating, a snack pack with popcorn and candy, and refreshing drinks waiting upon arrival.

Enter at the information booth from 7:30 - 8:20 p.m. on movie nights. The winner will be announced at 8:25 p.m. before the movie begins.

Our creative, play-based preschool programs have been designed to meet the developmental needs of the “whole child.” The curriculum centers on the vital social opportunities children need to grow emotionally, cognitively, and kinesthetically.
