Inclusionary Zoning and Affordable Housing Study – Virtual Public Meetings

Housing & Community Services invite you to join a virtual public meeting to review draft reports from a multi-city initiative on affordable housing policies. The city is evaluating potential updates to the Affordable Housing Ordinance. Findings from these reports will guide potential ordinance changes in early 2026.

Consultants will share key findings, present draft reports, and answer questions. City staff will be available to hear your feedback. Two identical virtual meetings will be hosted.

* Wednesday, Dec. 10, 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
