Intel invites you to a hybrid community outreach meeting (in person+ virtual) on *Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025 at 6-7 p.m. *regarding the proposed development located at 3065 Bowers Avenue in Santa Clara. The Intel Bowers Campus is approximately 26 acres in size and is located north of Central Expressway between Bowers Avenue and Coronado Drive. The project seeks Architectural Review approval for development of a new manufacturing building (BW2) with an attached Central Utility Building (CUB2) to serve the planned manufacturing equipment. The buildings will be three-story structures and will have a total area of 107,171 square feet. The project will be constructed on an approximately 2.4-acre area on the southwest corner of the existing campus. You can learn more about the project by viewing the project webpage.
