*Income Limits Apply:* Household income must not exceed the maximum income limits. For example: 1-person household: $71,950; 2-person household: $82,200. Please see the application packet for complete income eligibility requirements.

All applications must be returned in person or by mail to 1265 Montecito Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, and will be accepted until further notice. Charities Housing will advertise in advance the closing date if/when the waitlist is closed. 

*For a full list of qualifications, including income limits and other criteria, please refer to the application packet and Resident Selection Criteria which are available online or at the above listed leasing office.*
